Altius Wireless has deployed a limited WiMAX network in the rural communities of northern Baltimore, using Maryland's Public Television towers.
Looks like they beat Xohm to the punch - Sprint/Clearwire is planning on releasing Xohm in Baltimore and DC in a matter of months.

Looks like Baltimore will get a significant increase of coverage when the rollout completes.
