iPCS, a Sprint provider in portions of Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Iowa, Ohio and Tennessee is citing exclusivity breaches by Sprint in attempts to prevent them from utilizing any Clearwire networks in their 80 markets.

The IL Supreme Court has upheld the ruling that Sprint cannot use Nextel network in iPCS's markets. This does not bode well for XOHM in the area, since iPCS is also trying to block Sprint from being able to use the Sprint/Clearwire WiMAX network there either.
