Verizon's CTO Dick Lynch gave a keynote address at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona and announced the following goals (promises?) for LTE:

---Two test markets will launch in 2009
---25-30 more markets will receive service in 2010
---Nationwide coverage by 2015

Optimistic? Yes. Realistic? Only time will tell...
