Hi all.
I have doubt in GUTI reallocation procedure.
I want to know what is the trigger for MME to send GUTI Reallocation Command.?
My understanding on GUTI Reallocation procedure is that MME trigger GUTI Reallocation command only when Ciphering mode in the Attach Request message send by UE to MME.
Kindly correct me if my understanding is wrong.
I would be grateful to you if you provide anykind of help on the subject.
