Help with using PHS300 and U300 with iPod touch.

I am using the Cradlepoint PHS300 with the U300 aircard and I am having issues when using it in 4g mode. When in 4g mode I can't seem to surf the web using my iPod touch. If I try to use the YouTube player all videos load and play fine but if I try to go to any webpage using safari it will not work. The odd part is if I switch to 3g mode without changing any router settings everything works fine. Has anyone else experienced this issue or know of a way to fix it? Any information or ideas would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
