Potential CLEAR/Cradlepoint Issue in Plano,TX Area

At 3Gstore our technical support department has been receiving calls from CLEAR users who have the M100 USB modem. They are able to connect to the CLEAR 4G service when the modem is directly connected to their laptop using the Clear Connection Manager software. However; they are unable to connect to the Clear 4G service when using their M100 modem in any 4G Cradlepoint router with the latest firmware, WiMax modem firware, and proper realm settings.

So far, all of our callers have been from the Richardson & Plano, Texas areas. If you are also experiencing this issue, please post as many details as possible including:
