I have been digging around the LTE 3GPP specs trying to understand Network Configuration of a Cells Physical layer. I am looking something similar to the WCDMA NBAP protocol.

Is there an equivalent to NBAP protocol in LTE systems, or is everything independently done within a eNodeB.
