DFW North Service

I bought in oct last year service was great 2-mbs consistanly now since jan 01 2010 its CRAP todays test is pretty optimistic cuz with sprint 3 g and 1.4 mbps i could regularly stream HULU this wont even get thru a single episode !!!! Sad

I live in West Arlington (right in the middle of the DFW metroplex). There is a Clear/Sprint 4g antenna 1 mile from my house and 2 more within 3 miles. I have already had my 3g/4g card replaced once. I have tried it on 3 different computers running different versions of windows as well as the Sprint PHS300 mobile hotspot. Here is what I'm getting on all 4 devices:

Ping:202ms (D Rating at Pingtest dot net)
Download: 0.70 Mb/s (ATT's Low-end DSL is faster than this!)
Upload: 0.04 Mb/s (Dial Up Modems can go faster!)

My 3g connection is actually faster than my 4g connection, and I only live 1 mile from the closest tower! I have even driven my laptop up to the 3 towers closest to my house. I get 5 bars, but the speeds are usually < 1.5Mbps.
