Does anybody know of any antennas that are available for the Sprint U301 usb card? I'm looking for something that would increase my 4G signal.

Also, it does look like this card has a connection for an external antenna. Has anybody created an adapter for it yet?

No, there is no adapter for the U301 - the antenna ports on the device are NOT for consumer use, they are diagnostic ports used in manufacturing.

The 3G signal can be boosted with a wireless repeater (see more info at http://3gstore.com/repeaters), but the 4G signal CANNOT be improved. At this time, there are no amplifiers available for boosting the WiMAX signal Sad

Is it not possible to get an antenna for the right frequency to boost the signal?

What frequency is the Sprint 4G frequency?

At this time, no amplifiers or antennas are available that cover the WiMAX frequency Sad

We have confirmed that a manufacturer is working on creating WiMAX signal-boosting products - we'll let you know as soon as they are available!

Hey Maureen, I'm just a newbie at this 4G jazz. I've had some experience in the WiFi arena, but hardly any in the WiMAX arena I've spent a fortune on G routers and modem/routers, I've purchased some high/medium bracket N dual band routers (dir825), antenna boosters, USB dual band adapters, directional antennas, etc, but really nothin' concerning the 4G WiMAX. I currently have a Sprint Overdrive and I love it (2 MB's download in the downstairs bathroom of an 11 story apartment building). I can't wait until some creative peep makes a signal booster or external antenna for it. Please keep us informed. I ain't got no problems, but you know how it is in the continual struggle for more POWER!
