Can't speak for actuals but can speculate based on other cities. KC and NYC were announced to get WiMAX by end of year. Dan slipped in a KC chamber meeting that KC would get WiMAX in summer for EVO release, ahead of schedule. It's already turned on downtown and other parts of metro.
Methinks they want to get 2010 announced markets at least partially online for the EVO release. If not the entire metro, as much as they can. That said, Manhattan would probably be initially spotty with the tall buildings. Might take a while to get solid coverage. |

i heard it might launch this summer
verizon 4G will also launch in new york this year but they will cap the download limit:( |

| Google an IT Firm called Xperteks and see their solutions for Super Fast Internet. I've been able to order my 4G+ USB Device from them. |
