It is description in RRC specification - TS36.331
There should be a periodical reports configured in LTE.
For these periodical reports exist 2 choices
- reportStrongestCells - will be reported only strongest cells for which conditions measObject is fullilled.
- reportCGI - will be reported all cell mentioned in cellForWhichToReportCGI for which conditions measObject is fullilled. |
