Be Careful with Clear...bad service, no return policy..

There is no return Policy in Clear... clear return policy which is in Website is not correct information and even the customer care representative and salesman won't give you the right information about the product... be careful guys... this is a cheat from sales executives

If you want 4G service I'd recommend avoiding CLEAR too at this time. Check out this article on some of the changes that may affect CLEAR in the future - Sprint Announces 4G LTE to Run on 1900Mhz

When I was setting up our new office I wanted to test CLEAR and Verizon because my options were very limited. I went to a CLEAR store and explained them the situation. I told them that I liked CLEAR's month-to-month deal as opposed to long term contracts with other providers.

After testing for a couple of months I was not impressed with CLEAR's performance and I decided to get rid of CLEAR. When I called, I found out that I was in a long term contract and I had to pay a penalty to break it off. I asked them to produce paperwork that I signed showing a 2-year contract but they couldn't say "yes, here it is..." When I log in to my account for contract there is a note which says "contract temporarily unavailable"

I feel like I was scammed into this long term contract without signing any paperwork that clearly stated it; however, I don't have the time and energy to deal with these guys. They offered me a discount of $20/month instead of the $50/month for the next 6 months. I told them I did not want to do business with a company like CLEAR. I'm paying the penalty to break the contract.

I wanted to let everyone know about my experience with them so that you can look for alternatives and not give any business to these guys.
